We meet in conference as a family of “Newcastles” every two years. The report on our most recent conference in Shinshiro in 2018 can be read on the above link.
Our next conference had been scheduled for 2020 in Neuchâtel, Switzerland but was postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. It will now take place in 2022, in Neuchâtel.

Promoting our “Newcastles” together – the “Newcastles Passport”
Tourists will be able access special offers from Newcastles of the World by signing up to our free Passport scheme. Each Newcastle taking part will carefully select a series of special offers just for visitors. These could be a customised visit programme, special discounts from local businesses, a meal with a host family, a guided tour, meet the Mayor or an exclusive visit to a historic building. The latest promotions will be shown on each Newcastle page taking part in the Passport scheme. The scheme as finalised at our Conference. and will be launched soon.
